Requesting a return
You can request a return under our store policy within 30 days of receiving your order.
The following conditions apply:
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items, final-sale products, and earrings with removed hygiene seals are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To get started, email support@withlovepaws.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. You’re welcome to tell us why, so we can better understand the issue.
We’ll explain whether the return is eligible and provide instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending your item back to avoid delays or delivery to the wrong location. The address on your parcel or our business contact page may not be the return address.
